A Big has the capacity for taking a positive leadership role in developing a relationship with a child. A Big is ready to give of him/herself to assist in a child's development.

There are a variety of things for you to consider, including the age of the child, whether you want to participate as a group or one-on-one, the setting that you want to mentor in (school, community, or business).

Once I'm matched with a Little am I on my own?
No. The agency provides critical match support throughout the duration of a match. Match development support is necessary to have a successful experience.
